I was 265 with a waist that was 52 inches when I decided to change my lifestyle. I'm currently taking T3 and clen with sust a 500mg per week to counteract the t3.

my waist is currently a loose 38/tight 36. I want to get down to 32 in the next couple of months. Before I started taking the sus I was able to run 4 mile 3 times a week and now I can't get down the block before my shins and calfs are so pumped I'm crippled. When I get off the sus I'm going to hit the roads hard again.
