Hey guys, im in the process of trying to start on a diet for bulking. no gear incorporated this time, im just going to try a good ol' diet. Please critique how im doing right now. I KNOW IT NEEDS REVISION, so please try not to flame too much.

Have one cycle under my belt, but before i do another im tryin to get my diet down...

5 whole eggs, a sprinkle of feta.
2000mgs vit C, 4750mgs Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin

1/2 pd. turkey burger from 97/3 lean ground turkey.
1 cup plain oatmeal.

2 Cans Tuna. Mixed with some pickle juice/pepper/ 1tbspn mayo.

Work Out.

Pre workout, I take 2 1/2 scoops no explode.
Post workout shake (Cyto Gainer 54g pro 84g carbs 3.5g fats). Animal Pak amino acids.

Dinner. Now, dinner usually varies, and im curious what a good dinner would be? I've heard to keep carbs down after 7pm? Am I looking for lean proteins, or should I just down another shake with some oatmeal?
