Hi guys. I have been checking out this forum for about 6 months, and it blows my mind. Really good advice. I have worked out for about 9 years now (since 17) and I just wish I knew of this forum back then. I have taken 5 or 6 cycles in the most ignorant and ghetto fashions ever, with minimal gains. The first being at probably 20. I am probably a walking example of what not to do. Stuff with no label even!!! I could have really screwed myself up. I have never had anyone to talk about this subject with is why. Me and whatever friend I would get the stuff from, were not exactly athletes, and talking to some huge dude at a gym seemed awkward at best. We definitely had no idea of PCT and (laugh really hard now) the first time we used TINY needles from the drug store. God it took so long to draw it up. Anyways, those days are LONG GONE/ I am trying to become healthy, and less ignorant. I have checked out the diet/nutrition threads for starters, and am hoping to do another cycle in the near future, now that i am 26. Thanks for any help, and for listening to my long story.
