For a ling time now like alot of us who train on a regular basis I've been training with constant back pain,the left side of my back sticks out probably a half inch more then my right because of inflamation and is alot worse when I first get out of bed.Now back pain is a mystery to everyone in the world I know but this is going on 2 years now and I wanna know if anyone out there has any successful methods of undoing constant inflamation,I've had good success with Aleve for my back and I've tried Lodine also but that particular anti-inflamation drug does better for my shoulders.Ice doesn't work and heat I havn't tried,please guy help a brother out thanks
