    Vitamin B-12

    Just did a cycle history of some different ways to cycle, and on one of them it has doing 200mgs of Vitamin B-12 through out the cycle. What is the purpose of taking B-12 through out a cycle?

    i used to shoot b12 in one of my previous cycles, i shot it e3d and i used to get the energy for 3 days from every shot, i forgot how many mg's i took, vit.b12 has other advantages

    I take it year round at 1cc per week. Helps with energy and appetite.

    OK, stupid question here, I take it that injectable B-12 would be better than taking a over the counter tabs, correct. Wouldnt the tabs do the same thing?

    hey i see you put 200mg a week?

    its dosed about 1 or 2 mg/ml

    i shoot 3mg ed off cycle... 200mg per week is nuts.

    hey shoot me a pm too b/c im thinking about taking it when i start my cycle with anadrol and i know i will be getting lose of appetite with that

    1000mcgs each day of injectable b12 for increase appetite, recentley got some single amps of b12 and they are the best ive ever had.

    I think you are mistaking B12 for B6. You would use B6 at 200mg ed during a cycle to combat prolactin.

    I take 500mcg B-12 ED via slin pin.

    I cant possibly believe that some
    of you guys are shooting 200mgs
    of B-12.I think Bino is right that
    the two have gotten confused.

    personally i use 1000mcg 2x per week. haven't noticed much of a difference though, so i'll probably just finish up the last 2 bottles i have and just go back to orals. i'm also taking the methylcobalamin version, which is supposed to be far better than the cyano kind.

    maybe the injects work for some who absorb the oral form very poorly. for me, i haven't noticed much of a difference.

    just wondering while we're on the subject of b-12 though, do you guys go im or sq with it? i've always gone im, but wondering if there's any studies showing if it really makes a difference?

    Try taking 1000mcg ED, i am sure you will feel the appetite pick up and get a feeling of well being

    i'll have to give that a try, cause at 2000mcg/wk, it doesn't seem to make any difference. however, do you go im or sq with it everyday? i think if i went im i'd feel like a pincushion, and i never did anything sq yet.
