    Sugar free candy for haloween?

Im on a strict diet and dont want to have a cheat meal for 8 weeks, already 5 weeks in.. SO i wont be going out tommorrow night .. but me and my girl are going to stay home and watch scary movies with my new projector (i highly rcommend one if you have the space ).. but i kinda feel bad for my girl and was wondering how bad sugar free candies will be on my diet? shes already making a sugar free jello pumkin mold, but i can tell that my diet is starting to get to her, so im thinking maybe some suagr free candies as well.. good or bad idea?

Your call bro. Sugar free candy will probably take a toll on your stomach with all the artificial sugars (sugar alcohols).

On whether or not its a good idea, I would say if you want to cheat a little bit its no big deal really. You are obviously dedicated. One night of candy and eating relatively poorly will set you back a little bit, but in the grand scheme of things you won't have a problem rebounding and meeting your goals. Unless of course you completely fall of the wagon and can't stop cheating...but, 5 weeks without a cheat, I don't see that happening.

agree 100%, just dont eat too much or you will regret it bigtime. since you only digest part of the sugar alcohol that can cause extreme bloating, gas, and diarrhea if you eat too much. one package of sugarfree twizzlers fvcked me up hardcore, and i will never touch them again.
