no you would not need to do pct after 1 shot of .7cc of test.
i think this is a smart decision, definitely get your diet sorted out before you start a cycle. from your pics in the other thread you look pretty good, and im sure if you fixed your diet you could add another 10-20lbs before you even start a cycle.
