Keeping gains depends all on diet and pct and a good A.I can stop bloat. Most people here are not big fans of mutli estered test. Sust should be shot eod and prop if it is base should be shot everyday. This is a very broad question and the whole keeping my gains leads me to the conclussion you need to do more research
Test is test as far as gains. As mention an AI would take care of bloat so I really makes no difference. I would just go with the prop, it's a lot cheaper, it will kick in a bit faster and it will make pct timing easier.Originally Posted by gottibme

Those are 2 completely different substances. I think you need to do a bit more research and post your stats/age/history
