Well this is my first cycle so I wanted to keep it simple. I am 27, 5'10", 205lbs....have been working out regularly since high school but have really kicked it up to hardcore for the past year and a half to try to reach my personal best before I run a cycle. It seems I have topped out with 17" arms and 315lb one rep max on bench. My goal is to try to have 18-19" arms and a after weight of 220lbs. Could you please just have a look and tell me what you think?
