I have a 10 to 12% body fat... if I stretch I can see my abs... I am quitting beer 100% starting TODAY... I have over a year and one month lifting seriously.. I have lost a lot of fat in the past year, I am eating healthy, *****, Whey, creatine, and I am on Animal Pack.
Working OT-MAX style but with cardio and abs each other day.
I want to reach my goal hopefully by the end of this year...
What fat burner would you recommend for me to get..?
Lipo-6 or Hydroxycut Hardcore?
or do you know of something that works better than these two?
