    Starting First ** SHORT CYCLE ** - 6 Weeks - Tren/Test/Anadrol - Advice Needed... !!

    My goals are to put on around 20/21lbs if possible (think i might be asking too much in 6 weeks) I definitly want to try short cycles - but not stupidly heavy dosages... I want to run Tren, Prop and then one other compounds...

    Probably Anadrol (sick of Dbol i dont think it works for me anymore) - Or even possibly Deca, now i know you are all going to say this would be a waste and not to run it with tren, but could i not front load week 1 - 1200mgs of deca, week 2 - 800/1000mgs deca, week 3 - 600mgs... then dont run any more as it takes 3 weeks to get out of system which would work out fine

    So yeh, goals are as much weight as possible in only 6 weeks, NO LONGER... as from what iv read the body can recover best with 6 weekers... and iv never tryed one so no one is going to change my mind about running it longer... Test Dosage i wanna run around 750mgs of Testex (i am right in thinking its prop yeh ? - havent looked it up just going on what a m8 told me allthough il check it out before)

    I also want to run Arimidex @ 0.25mcg ED after the first week to reduce PIE FACE from the Anadrol... and it will be running upto xmas so cant have a huge head ! - Will this effect gains ? I am 28 days away from starting my cycle also... is there any way i can prime my self in this short period of time ? When i say prime can you please explain exactly how it do it in a very basic laymens form as iv read posts on priming before and its allways went over my head - also my diet changes from day to day now as iv just started University - it was great before but now it has slipped a little... I still consume around 230g's of protein daily (dont no exactly) - and still eat all the time but meals arnt AS good as they were before - i know this isnt ideal but hey thats just life...

    I dont really want to cut my calories that much i like the idea of priming but in all honestly im too scared of loosing muscle thats took me so long to gain... i am a natural ecto and have to work hard for every bit of muscle i have - i naturally stay lean all year round around 10%BF but i would love to explode in terms of mass from this 6 weeker if possible... and no i dont want to extend the cycle before anyone suggests that...

    Im 5.11/6ft - Played around with steroids at first not knowing much but then after that id say iv done 3 proper cycles...
    BF is around 10%

    - Wanting to use up 4mg's of MGF also i have it here waiting for my posts to be answered, need info on how to reconstitute it with bac water and use it best

    To prime you need more time. You only want 6 weeks, you need more time.

    Thats the point of prime, to get it into your system so the at the others will kick in with it and all work like one big engine.

    For best results with short burst cycles the dosages are worked of your cycle history, this would help in finding the right dose to suit your body, some dosages might be overkill and some might be to light, we need to know the exact dose for your previous cycles and what results you received from them? which compound used were the best for your body for gains VS sides?, if your only done 3 cycles i am sure you don't need anything to heavy,

    20lbs is reachable if your correctly prime the body and prepare for growth, you need to create the right environment for muscle tissue to grow fast, priming will make you very anabolic and if you design the right cycle with the prime results are amazing,

    I would leave deca out of any short cycle if you really need the compound and you have good results i would go with NPP which will be far more affective in your designed short burst cycle, also testex is not prop, its CYP and one of the best ones around, i feel you need to research alot more before going any further,

    Also there is no real need to front load any short cycle, if you was using long esters the dose would be high throughout the cycle and not just the first week, but in your case you wouldn't use long esters i would advice fast acting compounds, if you have primed the body correctly you will be in a growth spurt and no front loading will be required, just the right dose and the increase in calories is all you need plus the training needs to be designed aswell, i would follow the HIT type of training very heavy intense training is required and full 24hr dedication,

    If you check out my priming thread you will get all the info what is needed, but its a carb cycling program for around 6-8 wks which is worked off your maintenance diet, this will make you very anabolic and create the right environment for muscle tissue to grow, Ive found 3-5 days low carb (40% less than maintenance) and 1 day high carb (15% higher than maintenance diet), you need to listen to the body and adjust during the prime, if done correct you will not loss any muscle just fat and most of all create the environment for the short cycle to really work wonders,

    Prime+correct cycle+diet+intense training = huge muscle gains like you have never had before, research all the above and implement
