    Needing some input....

    I am going to go on a cycle, but i'm not sure what to start with. Was going t go Deca, but thats only for bulking mainly isn't it? If I want a little help burning some fat should I just do winstrol instead? Of course i'd rather bulk up more, then cut . I'm 26 years old and weight 210 lbs 5'11. Around a 19-22% body fat, but that goes away quickly when I start training harder which i just started again 2 days ago :P at least til around the 15% point, then it gets really hard to drop fat even with a personal trainer building my meals.

    I would start with one compound, only test. Just to test the waters and see hwo you react.

    Eating more is for bulking, Deca is a steroid and steroids help you grow. Bulk/Cut depends on diet not which compounds used essentially.

    Eesh, to be honest I would drop to 15% bf before I started the cycle, trust me. The more fatter you are, the worse chances you have of cycling successfully.

    Post in the diet/training forums and get that all situated before you start to use man. It'll save you some time/trouble.

    Ya i know eating cleaner and cardio :P I have a very clean diet I started 2 days ago from a guy who builds diets for body builders (one I know that has won in the area to) I've taken a winstrol before when I was 18, no side effects, but I was taking it in rather low dosages and was really to afraid of it to do more :P. Would Deca be fien for a first time?

    yeah dude all u need is test for ur first...

    ...BUT u need to "train harder" for longer than 2 days, a lot longer. while ur doing that u need to decide what ur goals are, get bigger, cut up, both, harden up...blah. also while ur "training harder" check out the diet forum. i have never learned as much in any classroom as i have in there. u dont need gear right now, u need to get a good schedule down, workout..diet..etc. anyway, i cant believe i wrote all this, a million people will respond with the same thing

    I've never stopped training, sry if I didn't explain right :P. I've always been working out 2-3 times a week cardio sometimes 5 times a week, I've placed really well in local comps for 12 week challenges and such. I just lost my spotter for a while and jsut got a new one :P so now i'm training harder thats all. I'm not new to a gym, working out, or dieting(eating clean) just new to anabolics. Thanx for t he reply.
