Have I got gyno?

I need your help people

I am in my second week on my new cycle.

And I decided the other day after four years of having both my nipples pierced, to take them out.

The girlfriend had her`s done also, so we both took them out same time.

Anyway since I have ive noticed strange thing with my right nipple.
It kind of sticks out a bit more then left, like its a cows teat!
And on the right side next to where the hole was for the piercing, there are two little lumps.
Im worried I have got or could be developing GYNO!
My chest is not saggy or anything, and im not in pain either

I really am a novice looking for the signs if ive got it. how would i know for sure?
Or does it sound from this I may have a does of it, if so how can I get shot of it quickly?
Of course the nipple looking more sticky out could be from result of having a bar through it for four years, as could the little lumbs near the hole.
So I could be overacting here.
But wanted to check with you all for advice.

If you can feel tissue build-up(lump) behind the nipple, its probaly a case of gyno.

Whats your cycle, including anti-estrogens?

tis a far better thing to keep armidex, nolva, even clomid around during the begining of a cycle just for cases like this... I had my nipples pierced while on cycle... I thought I was going to cry...
