    Hi all, I from Russia. In a theme of 6 years. Has decided to study foreign experience of application of pharmacology in bb. I can will share Russian experience of use of pharmacology and techniques of trainings.

    Asko, maybe you can answer a question for me. Can I buy gear over the counter at any pharmacy here in Russia, or do I need to look around for a source?

    to Mr. G. Hi i'm from Russia to. The answer is NO you can not buy anything over the counter. You have to ask big guys in supplements stores or in the gyms.
