Thumbs up FYI: Just finished DNP cycle. Sharing my results

Finished up dnp cycle 200mg/ed for 30 days. Total weight loss is 18lbs. May have lost a little bit of muscle, but am not positive. I am very happy with the results. Sorry, no before/afters. Im starting a test cycle here in a few months and am trying to get down to 12% or so before I start.

Next dnp cycle will be 200mg/ed for 5 days followed by 400mg/ed for 25 days.

same thing I would have said. I would think you could come down to 12-14% with diet and cardio alone without the need for DNP.

Only side was radiating of heat.

so youwould recommend a lower dosage for a longer period of time (200mg)instead of a higher dosage, say 200mg bumped up to 400mg, maybe even 600 mg for a shorter period of time?

Yeah, Maybe if you actually had a proper diet & did cardio you could have got down to 12% without introducing a compound that has very serious side effects.

Maybe...or maybe not. Not everyone can, at least not without losing an unacceptable percentage of muscle. Seems to be a problem with "easy gainers", esp. as we get older. Whether the answer is DNP or something else is another question. For the last couple years at about 15% bf I'd hit about 100% muscle loss when tried natural, no matter what of the various diets, macro ratios, cardio schemes etc. I'd try.
