    My wife's back pic

    I posted this in the AR back shots thread but wanted to give her props for the intense effort she has been giving, by starting a thread entirely for her. She's been training with me for 7 years and has busted her ass! This year she decided to try her first cycle (anavar only). She is now 3 weeks into her 2nd cycle (primo @ 100mg/week and anavar @ 15mg/day). Her lean lean mass has gone up slightly and she has leaned out (diet!!). I think she ha a nice V-taper and her tris and middle back are showing nicely. She would like to get bigger and leaner and I'm supporting her all the way. Way to go Bert...great work!!

    Excellent progression. The difference in pics is an incredible change.
    Just as you said Pete. The V-taper is coming very nicely, the form in the arms is excellent, and middle back developement is outstanding.

    Pete posted this while I was at work today and it wasn't until I saw the before and after pics tonight that I realized just how far I've come! When you look in the mirror you just don't see it the same way, know what I mean?!?!

    Well, I still have 6 more weeks before I finish my cycle. I'll post more pics towards the end.

    She does the same exercises as me...with less weight obvioulsy. Start with wide grip pull downs, then heavy barbell rows, then high hammer strength rows and finish with either heavy cable rows or heavy one arm DB rows (we usually use the db rows as they isolate a bit better)

    I would like to compete eventually. Probably in 2 years. I know I wouldn't be ready size wise to compete at our next Provincial show in April 2003, I want to put on more mass before I step out on stage Besides, hubby (Pete) will be competing in that comp. Can't have both of us on pre-contest diets...we'd kill each other!!!
