I'm starting week 4 of PCT. Last week was my weekest week and workouts just felt like crap. When does your body start naturally growing again after a cycle? I think my Test levels may be coming back slowly now.

i'm 5 weeks off and everything is the same as when i was on, and i came off prop so pct started right away. alot of the post cycle growth has to do with getting your body back up and running again. if you are starting to feel weak, tired, and crappy you may not have recovered properly and may need to kickstart another pct.
I've been off AAS for over a month now and I still feel good and strong. Just monitor what your lifting and try to give it 110%. Its all your head bro.
My strength is still there and I really havnt lost any size. But I kow PT is recovery time and that your really not going to make any new gains. When do the new gains start coming again?
I say give it another month or so.As long as your lifting heavy and keeping your calorie intake high, theres doubt that you'll start gaining sooner than you think.
