Exactly.
The foods you eat are horrible. The goal is not quantity but quality. You need to eat CLEAN foods every 2.5 hours or 6-8 seperate meals per day. I can eat a ton too. Ive actually been in several eating contests. However, when it came to eating clean foods at first, I could hardly stomach 2500 kcals per day. Try it. It'll take you a month to get your stomach used to 3500 kcals ed.
Examples of clean foods:
Oats, tuna, boneless-skinless chicken breats, whole veggies, whole grain pastas, etc.
