    Dbol question

    Hey Ive been reading alot about dbol causing alot of bloat Im planning a dbol + test e cycle and heres my question

    im a pretty thin guy by that i mean i have a low body fat percentage dont know exactly but probably around 6 or 7% and i wanna work on more muscle mass will this cycle bloat me out or will i stay ripped and add more muscle?

    if this is a dumb question just tell me so

    As said about BTW...

    I don't think you have to worry about dbol bloating you too much...You're lean to begin with, plus you can always use an AI to control the estrogenic water retention.

    which AI would u suggest I know that dbol is not the best choice for hard gains but i already have it

    another member suggested I try a light dose of anavar to keep bloat down

    Ive always been thin and I dont really wanta get puffy big with fat cheeks id like to get bigger muscles period-sometimes theres a difference between getting bigger and gaining more muscle or atleast I believe

    I bet diet has alot to do with this

    Don't worry about the bloat...Arimidex will keep it down.

    If you keep a clean diet, low sodium then you won't retain much water anyhow, especially being as thin as you claim.

    What's your previous cycle experience, and why is it at 6'3 185lbs you think you can't gain weight with diet alone.. that is extremely thin.

    I use 50mg a day when I cycle it and I have no problem with the bloat. I even stack it with test, deca, and winstrol and I might gain 10lbs of water. What I really get out of dbol is oily skin and a little moody. It makes me wanna beat my cat a little more

    previous experience- I once did an anavar cycle I got from a friend it was a low dose and I didnt do pct (at the time i didnt now shit and eigther did he) made me feel great though in th gym and on the b-ball court, I also have shot test e for like 3 weeks one time but got scared cause the guy that sold it to me was sketch and he started having health probs

    Ib-I know im extremely thin thanx for pointing that out for me lol jk man yeah I could probably continue my diet and work out and see gains but ill be honest it wont be as much or as fast u know how it goes, it is what it is

    im not nearly as thin as i used to be, i used to be 165

    Wasn't trying to point anything out. with those stats a strong breeze would get you airborne

    I understand your want to try Anabolics but without a solid diet you'll just lose what you've gained and in the process fuk your hormone levels up.

    Again, I'd suggest you post your daily food intake for us to critique.

    im on day 10 of dianabol/test... ive already started to bloat considerably since i'm not using letro or anything... but its a good bloat in my opinion.. doesnt seem to be water under the skin

    Strong wind-lol I love it thats pretty funny

    alright here it is I work out sun -fri wed off and one day is mostly cardio

    I drink a protein/weight gainer in the morning a protein after work out and a weight gainer at night before bed, I also take creatine after work out and x2 mega men tabs

    breakfast
    4 blied eggs maybe some cereal
    or a breakfast sandwitch= two fried eggs bacon chease on toast
    or oatmeal + bacon or cereal ect

    Lunch
    turkey sanwitch w chips and salsa
    or taquitos
    or bratwurst x2
    or oven pizza
    yesterday I had homemade burger and fries
    hot wings w garlic toast
    x2 chicken pot pies

    Dinner
    steaks w/veggies
    spagetti + garlic toast
    salmon cut + rice + veggies
    oven pizza
    or anyone of the things from lunch

    Snacks
    x2 a day if not too busy on campus
    peanuts
    chips salsa
    albicore tuna on zesta crackers
    or tuna on sandwitch w/manayse -could also be lunch
    peanut butter + jelly
    popcorn
    apples + peanut butter
    chease
    carrots + ranch


    I know I dont eat the healthiest but its hard for me to put on weight
    I also eat out a couple times a week ussually chipolte barrito or wendys x2 spicy chicken sandwitch (my fav) mcdonalds breakfast x2 sausge egg mcmuffs

    that was everything I could think of lol one of my roomates thinks its funny to call me the bottomless pit sometimes cause I can eat so much and not gain much weight prob just fast motabolism

    oh yeah I also love to go eat at jade mongolian bar-bq I dont know if u guys have these but there awesome all u can eat buffet and I will eat like 4-5 plates last one consisting of fruit and dessert

    Youll prob say im BS u but I know im not I have gained weight on this diet but slowly but surely

    and I dont want to sound like a know it all because I am absolutely on this site for advice and I appreciate all of it but the only friends I know that have ever done steroids did them in highschool some as early as like 15-16 I know this isnt right but they turned out alright with considerable gains ect..

    Also ive seen alot of guys in the 185-205 range start on this site, would another 10-15 lbs really make that much of a difference? serious question not trying to be a smart ass

    oh yeah Ill be 22 commin up real soon and along with the dbol and test I also have clomid and Nolva wouldnt be a prob to get arimidex

    how would u tweak it johnny I was trying to eat high cals

    Oh yeah I forgot to mention I like chicken breats in barbq sauce or italian dressing and I love popeyes fried chicken lol -not healthey but so good

    sorry man I wasnt asking anyone to rewrite my diet for me I was just wondering if he had a suggestion like drop the chease + bacon or eat more pasta ....

    J-too-small has been helpin me out a lil on some advice so I thought I would just ask his opinion

    I suppose suggesting me to read some more in the diet section is good advice so thank you and sorry if u think I was slacking on my reading

    First off, most of the foods mentioned are junk. They give you little nutrional value and won't help much in rebuilding muscle tissue or give you adequate energy for your workouts.

    Also try and get more meals in throughout the day, 3meals isn't going to cut it.

    Sure you can eat whatever and not gain weight because of your metabolism, but in order to conquer that you must make the necessary changes. I started at 135lbs, so I know it can be done.. You've got to start eating a better selection of food that will actually benefit you instead of eating crap.

    throw in a couple cans of tuna through the day bro.instead of fried chicken grilled and baked.peanut butter,oatmeal,fish.mix it up.hope it helps.

    Exactly.
    The foods you eat are horrible. The goal is not quantity but quality. You need to eat CLEAN foods every 2.5 hours or 6-8 seperate meals per day. I can eat a ton too. Ive actually been in several eating contests. However, when it came to eating clean foods at first, I could hardly stomach 2500 kcals per day. Try it. It'll take you a month to get your stomach used to 3500 kcals ed.

    Examples of clean foods:
    Oats, tuna, boneless-skinless chicken breats, whole veggies, whole grain pastas, etc.

    Thats the truth....I was more full during the day when I started dieting. Why? Becuase all I ate was clean, solid, real food...No shakes, no crap.

    lil-slim, Theres some great advice here. Go meal by meal and see how you can add some more clean, solid protein/carbs in there. We can put another 20 lbs on you without the juice easy.

    Alot of us are in the 6'2"/6'3" range, so we def understand...

    seriously guys thanks alot newbs like me are always scared of being flamed on this site when we post anything I really appreciate the advice Im going to try to eat cleaner meals 5 or 6 times a day

    my original thinking was more cals is good so I thought who cares if I eat 3 double cheasburgers from mcdonalds im so skinny I need some fat I didnt even consider how this would effect my energy in the gym

    so peanut butter, oatmeal, skinless chicken, fish, veggies are all good examples of things I eat

    bacon chease eggs sandwich, popeyes, wendys, taquitos, are examples of shitty food

    I also drink vitamin D milk in all my shakes is this bad I chose it cause it has the most cals?

    I will say that McD and whole milk are bad for bulking...even for skinnies..

    IMO, all that sat. fat kills your appetite for your next meal...It slows down digestion and doesn't allow you to get the proper nutrients in.

    I was skinny the first time and Im still lean now.. When I used Dbol a couple times my face got puffy and other areas.. Just run an AI and you should be fine.. clean up that diet.. maybe try running some Eq to bring that hunger on..
