    seperating chest and shoulders

I work out chest on thursday mornings and shoulders on saturdays. I like to workout at 1030 in the morning but would it benefit me to lift at night for some small amounts extra time for recovery purposes. I hit my chest pretty hard and do incline amongst other shoulder assisting excersises would working out shoulders 48 hours later potentially lead to overtraining. If so would working the shoulders out 52 hours later be better. because i have the option to go at night and this is how much the time difference it would make. Thanks and i would like to here what you guys think, also these are the only days i can hit either of these muscle groups to clear things up.
