12:00 Lunch-grilled chicken 2 slices of wheat bread or 1 large can of tuna with a little bit of mayo
2:00 pm yogert
4:00 Dinner-2 chicken breast, x amount of broc. or any other veggie, x amount of brown or wild rice. x amount of beans.
