Aches In Shoulders From Deca Cycle

i was just wondering if anyone has had problems with aching shoulders while taking deca. the pains didnt start til i started delt injections. they are fine while im im lifting but when im just doing ordinary tasks it feels like constant muscle fatigue. im taking 600mg deca a week, 100mg win e3d and prop at 500 pw. any suggestions

Deca should help, might be thew winny, but Ive never ran it myself but has been known to be a bit hard on joints. Bump for more feedback.

i started the winni later than the deca and the pains were already there. does anyone else know any thing about this. bump for more info.

I doubt its the deca. They say deca lubricates the joints? Lots of people run this on other cycles for this very reason?

Almost sounds like your sore to me...
Are you overtraining,just a thought.


Deca is helping my joints,especially my
right shoulder which has a tendency
to make a "cracking" sound on presses.

if its the muscle itself thats hurting, then u might be injecting too much in ur delts. my shoulders were sore for 2-3 days after i injected 2 cc's of prop. dont go above 2 cc's when ur shootin ur delts

Well if the shoulder pain started when you started delt injections.....then don't shoot delts maybee?...
