    I am 5'11" 175lbs 24 years old and am about 18% body fat. I do cardio 5 times a week for 40min intervals keeping my heatrate at 140-150. I also lift in the evening 3 days a week. Based off the calcualtor it says I should take in 3100 cal a day to lose weight. To me that seems unreal for my current BF%. I want to get down to 13% or close to that. I know this is my first post, mainly because I just sit back and read everyone else's posts. I just needed something tailored to me a little more on this topic so I figured i'd ask for opinions. Thanks in advance for the opinions and I hope I covered the tasks "before posting a diet" appropriately.

    just looked at the first meal. 4 egg whites does not equal 32g protein, not sure where you're getting your info from.

    i searched google for an xtra large egg white. i'll search on here for a more reliable source.

    1 egg white = 3.5g protein
    4 egg white = 14g

    Also I would start at a higher calorie count. If you start off too low you will eventually stall out and pleateau. Gotta keep the metabolism as high as possible and going to low-cal will send you crashing.

    Have you guys seen this better'n eggs by papetti foods? I bought a couple of 16oz cartons yestrday and it's 30cal, 1carb,6pro with 98%egg white per egg. Would this be a good alternative or should i stick to fresh cracked egg whites? Thanks for the website i'll give that a look today. I will bump my calories up to about 2600 and work down from there. Does everything else look ok besides my miscount and need to bump up calories a few hundred?

    Eggbeaters? they are fine just more expensive thats it.
