I am 5'11" 175lbs 24 years old and am about 18% body fat. I do cardio 5 times a week for 40min intervals keeping my heatrate at 140-150. I also lift in the evening 3 days a week. Based off the calcualtor it says I should take in 3100 cal a day to lose weight. To me that seems unreal for my current BF%. I want to get down to 13% or close to that. I know this is my first post, mainly because I just sit back and read everyone else's posts. I just needed something tailored to me a little more on this topic so I figured i'd ask for opinions. Thanks in advance for the opinions and I hope I covered the tasks "before posting a diet" appropriately.
