It shouldn't matter when you do it, I would do it when you are wide awake and can focus on it though. If it's late, you may be tired, and make a mistake.

Yup, thats the most important thing.
I do two shots every night before I go to bed. Best time for me to do it as I can be sure its the same time everyday. If I do it afternoon there are some days Im in class at work etc.

0800 every morning, give or take an hour. Gives me the rest of the day to work out the kinks too.

I have read that shots at night can you more sore the next day. I would guess that if you massage it in well, the soreness could be somewhat eliminated.

I shoot an hour after workout. Endorphins are running, so pain seems to be less. A hot shower then, shoot quads around 7:00am. get's me going in the morning.
I get too wired at night.
Always keep a large supply of valium for the dreaded,"Heeby Jeebies": Night sweats like coming off heroin, sweaty palms, pasty face complexion, fast heart rate , feeling like you might have a seisure , go into convulsions, swallowing your tongue, vomiting , shitting one's self., violent trembling. shortness of breath, pissing your pants, extreme, almost unmanagable anxiety.... Valium really helps

I noticed mine are sore from injecting at 7am at around 6-7pm I can start feeling it. My injections at night are at 11pm and I wake up feeling better doing it that way usually.
