    plez tell me if im on the right truck

    I just started it taking deca 200 and test prop100,taking 2ML of test prop and 1ml of deca a week,my weight is 99kg and with 12% bodyfat,im on 250 grams of protein and 30 grams of fat and between 50 to 70 grams of carbs daily intake

    My goal is to drop down to 9% of fat with out losing a lot size and muscles and keep gaining lean
    is the diet all right?i have put 1kg within 10 days on this diet
    please advice me on this

    carbs and cals(1500) are pretty low for your weight. the juice will help you keep your muscle though. i would up the carbs to around 150g and cals to around 2000, i mean you need to take carbs PWO so that leaves you with around 20g of carbs for the entire day.

    i have only seriously dieted down 1 time and i learned a hell of a lot about my body, i went from a lean 215lbs to 172lbs in 7weeks, i was cut as hell but i lost waaay too much muscle. just be careful you dont lose too much muscle, make sure you dont lose more than a few pounds a week. also post your entire diet so we can help you out better.

    just get a good diet, follow it 100% for 2weeks and then evaluate your progress........see if you need to up the cals or lower them.

    I have increased my crabs a little bit here is my diet
    7:00 am
    2 white eggs, 1 bowl of cearl with skim milk

    10:00 am
    180 grams of tuna with 3 slices of cheese with two slice of bread

    12:30
    1 large breast chicken or 300 grams of tuna with salads and two slice of bread

    3:00
    Protein shake (no crabs) or protein bar 40 grams of protein with 6 grams of crabs

    6:00
    One sandwich of tuna or chicken or lean beef

    7:00 work out

    9:00
    Breast chicken or tuna or lean beef

    During the whole day I eat lots of nuts but not with my meals

    Is this good, my weight is going up and down between 98 and 99
