training people at the gym

if i pay money to join a gym to train my sister an her friends and they pay me off site as opposed to blatently paying me in the gym where the paid trainers are, would this pose a problem perhaps? I dont really see the problem if i am paying and they are my workout partners per se. anyone know?

If you can get them into the gym with your pass than I don't see why it would matter. Just don't bring it up to the gym staff like you said.

i think you should be abel to do what u want since u pay the membership fees..but yeah just make sure they pay u off site obviously. My friend trained a kid at my gym and they took his membership away...how ghey is that

Just make sure that they pay you off site.

As long as you are not getting paid there, and the owner doesn't know you are getting paid, then there should be no problem.
