so i have heard all of these weight loss techniques that tell me to do cardio on an empty stomach... does that mean that i have to do cardio in the morning before i eat anything or just when i haven't eaten anything for a couple of hours?

do both
best in the AM IMO. also try doing it an hour or so after a pro/fat meal
