    Chin Ups

What grip does everyone use when doing chin ups

    Chinups - Supinated-grip (underhand)
    Pullups - Pronated-grip (overhand)

I do regular(over hand shoulder width apart)
    reverse(underhand slightly in shoulder width)
    wide(wide overhand grip)
close grip(hand 1 inch apart, overhand)
also mountain climbers where you stand in middle and go side to side.

I use to do military workouts......and pullsups were a big part of them

You should really alternate through them all. Too close on pronated grip works too much rear delt, while supinated tends to involve the bicep. Medium width with a pronated grip to the front are probably the best. Try different bars and see how they change how the muscle is hit.
