Im not to sure of the idea , but ive worked at a health club chain as a sales manager for 6 years now and ive come across several "very knowledgable" trainers in my time at 4-5 of our facilities that put their heavy female/male clients on clen with excellent results
Shes 200 pds with hypothyroid
she does absolutly nothing but work 70hrs a week, her job does require some moving but not enough, but if on clen she plans to walk 5x / week at 30-60 min, along with a cleanup in her diet and possible full body workout 2x a week
