My girlfriend is 'bout 5'4, maybe 150lbs, whas the first step in losin' weight? How many times should she eat a day, what are some stuff to eat?
eat healthy natural foods chicken breasts, tuna, turkey breast, bananas, apples, carrots , green stuff anything green . good way to start off is start banging her more 6 times daily and she will get the cardio in then if that don't work than tell her to start doing 15 min cardio and some rought sex after still doesnt work go 30min empty stomach in the morning everyday if that dont work send her over to me .
