I get up at 630
60pro 75 carbs
then class from 8-9 then 15min break at 845-905 what should i eat? chicken and rice, its hard to eat like that in the morning i was wondering if anyone has some suggestions for a meal. light on the stomach
then workout form 10-11 then a post workout meal 2:1 carbs to pro, how long should i wait untill my ppwo meal?
