    Pre workout meal

    I get up at 630
    60pro 75 carbs
    then class from 8-9 then 15min break at 845-905 what should i eat? chicken and rice, its hard to eat like that in the morning i was wondering if anyone has some suggestions for a meal. light on the stomach

    then workout form 10-11 then a post workout meal 2:1 carbs to pro, how long should i wait untill my ppwo meal?

    maybe a couple of bananas and a tin of tuna

    maybe a tuna sandwich on wheat bread, i hate eating canned tuna in front of people there always goign "oh my god he eats raw tuna".

    just make sure you get some good complex carbs and a good protein source in your preWO meal, any lean meat sandwich would be perfect.

    i usually have dextrose or gatorade mixed with whey for my PWO shake and i eat my PPWO meal about 30-45min after that. if you eat slower absorbing nutrients in your PWO shake you could probably wait a little longer for your PPWO meal.
