Comments? Am I bloating too bad? I've got about one week of the dbol left at 30mg ED, and about 9 weeks of test E at 500mg wk, also nolva onboard at 10mg ED.

youre not too bloated... <aybe slightly around your obliques... anywho..for that bloat on dbol i myself take proviron.
No bloat but body type. Like oak thunk. But if you feel bloat use some AI.

I don't think you look that bloated. Just a little in the midsection. Plus your bulking right now right? So your good. Can you post a pic from before your cycle?
I don't have any recent ones before the cycle unfortunately... but yes I am bulking, so all is well in marshmallow midsection land

Looks good, focus on your arms and shoulder, they are to small to that chest and traps.

how can I bring up my arms?
ive been doing a 4 day regimen for a while now, chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/abs/forearms, legs on different respective days, sometimes switch it up... I wonder if theyre getting over worked?
Try working your arms on a different day than chest/back. Give them their own day so they aren't playing second fiddle to your chest/back. What types of exercises do you typically do?Originally Posted by mousetraps

arms are 17" flexed and unpumped but at 6'1 my reach is 78" which makes it hard for them to look big i guess
Why do you think your overtraining? Doesn't look like your doing too much. And since your on the Dbol you should be able to train more and still recover. You can try that but if it doesn't work I say you should give your arms their own day. The exercises are fine. Also like you said it also may be your height or that your chest has grown alot lately, not that your arms aren't growing enough. Just a thought.Originally Posted by mousetraps
