    A**ominal Diet problem

    Ill try give as much info as possible to solve my problem. Basically im quite a skinny person,but my stomach is really bloated,i look totally out of proportion. It also doesnt seem to be too much fat there. In mornings especially i feel my stomach the most bloated. Generally i dont eat any fatty food and i have a couple of beers every week but nothing extreme.

    Currently im getting back into my diet and bodybuilding programme after a year off, i just started taking a stack of dianbol and nolvadex however im afraid by increasing my protein and carbs intake it will only further increase the size of my stomach. Im thinking of doing loads of situps and crunches but im sure ill be told this wont cure the problem. Also im trying to increase my muscle mass so i cant really do too much cardio.


    Any ideas whats causing the problem and how i can reduce the problem of bloating,while still maintaining the necessery food intake and weights programme to build muscle mass? Could i take a steroid along with dianbol and nolvadex that will reduce the fat and bloatation around my stomach more easily

    any help would be appreciated!

    Wish I could help but I'm facing the same exact thing. Of course I'm 240+ pounds but I know what you mean. No fat really anywhere but in your a**omen you look like you have a giant beer belly?

    Well first and formost you may want to drop the beer and adjust your diet and cardio to see results

    You took a year off, and just got back into the swing of things and jumped on Dbol and nolva. First off all the Dbol will cause you to bloat very badly thus causing you to look even more puffy. Secondly dbol only is not a good first cycle choice. U need to research a bit more.

    Third you can do all the situp crunches you want abs are achived through diet and cardio. Low intenstiy cardio can be done to keep fat off an still add muscle mass lean bulking.

    Your problem is your on Dbol and i'm assuming a very poor diet. You don;t need anymore steriods.

    Post your current diet so we can better see the problem if there is one

    Firstly ive only started dianabol and was bloated before this,so dianabol didnt cause the problem,i was told by soemone else,that taking nolva would help reduce the water retention and bloated look caused by the dianabol.

    My diet is preety good,dont eat any fatty stuff,i pretty much eat chicken breasts tuna ,protein shakes etc. When i say i drink beer im talking about 4 pints a week.


    If im doing weights to buils mass ,is it ok to do half an hour moderate cardio work, my fear is that if i do too much cardio ill lose muscle.

    Two other questions:
    1. is it better to do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach
    2. do steam rooms and sauna's help in fat loss

    My suggestion is get of dbol its no use to at this moment. nolva does help with water reten with some ppl me personally no. Also drinking on dbol is not a good idea.

    Post your diet i.e What u ate today. Shakes are not optimal by the way real food is the way to go.

    Mea2 etc

    IF you do cardio pwo or even in the morning keep you heart rate in this range.
    220-age X .65 or .75 = fat loss heart rate zone..

    Yes it is better to do cardio in the am re: above

    Steam rooms dont do anything. Also what are u stats (age weight height training experince ,bf etc)

    according to the formula i should be staying between 125 and 145 fatlosszone, does this mean to simply speed up or slow down if i surpass or fall under these zones.

    Todays diet

    Meal 1: protein shake, 1 banana (reason for the protein shake is i find it hard to eat in the morning.

    Meal 2: Tuna sandwich, 1 banana,1 apple.

    Meal 3: Chicken korma and rice,added can of tuna.

    Meal 4: 1 1/2chicken breast in bread, 1 banana

    Meal 5: sheperds pie (ie potatoes,carots,mince), chicken breast

    Meal 6: Protein shake (40g protein, 14 g carbs)

    By the way,im 25,190 ibs, 6ft, been playing soccer all my life,so always was reasonably fit always,bf 12%.

    it' seems to me you have no done any research on steriod and choose dbol randomly. Do you have a pct ready after u done doing dbol only?

    Dbol is taxing on ur liver.. drinking is also taxing on ur liver

    It's hard to crituqe without macros ( cals carbs protein fat totals )
    but over all u have too many protein shakes.

    Drop the chicken korma it's poision. also drop the sheppards pie. you need more efa (good fats) in ur diet

    funnily enough i have actually done alot of research on steroids and found dianbol is the best for me, i have read a good ebook and steroids and i thought dianbol was for me,im going to stay on it for 6 weeks come off for a while and then go back on it.

    i presume by pct you mean post cycle therapy, i havnt completed my research on this,but from what i cant rember nolvadex or clomid are good.

    if the ebook you read was mick harts steroid guide, then you are getting out of date info. that's the only source i can think of thats really wild about a dbol only cycle. It is advised to stay off alcohol when on oral steroids. Orals have been altered to survive the first pass through the liver. This places the liver under stress. As alcohol also stresses the liver, combining the two is a bad idea. If you cannot give up booze for 6 weeks, you're not ready for the juice.

    Honestly, not a damn thing. You obviously don't know proper nutrition nor do you have any knowledge on aas whatsoever. D-bol only is a horrible idea. Also, why would you run a SERM with it (Nolva) to combat bloat and water retention?

    Your diet isn't exactly horrible. But you won't achieve your goals with it. Take a look around for some sample diets and format one to fit your schedule. Also, lose the whey shakes.

    Ok firstly i have been doing my research on gear and what ive found the best is dianbabol steroids . Am i missing something hear,what seems to be wrong with this, ye are saying dianbol is not right on its own, but why???


    if not dianabol what should concider.

    From what ive researched about it,it causes bloatation, bitch tits, which can be counter acted by noltravex. Ive heard and found that other side effects dont really occur if you dont abuse the drug,eg keep it under 50mg a day. Also dianabol only stays in the system a month,which i need.

    Behing bloated all the time often means digestive problems.

    I was always bloated and when i went to my osteopath for back pain he worked also on my diaphragme (YUKE) and internal organs has well, to release tension that was present.

    I need to do some breathing exercises has well to expend my rib cage and now my digestion is a lot better.
