Co-signed. The stuff is awesome, not sure why more people dont use it. I dont even use splenda or anything on top, I just kill it.

The macros dont add up.. 1 cup of cream of wheat > 1 cup oats in calories and carbs ..

Did one or the other keep you fuller longer?

Yeah you do not need nearly as much Cream of Wheat. I normally use about 3-4 Tbls or so.

But to be honest I think it does fill me up more that oats.

Well the reason 4 Tbls spoons equals the amount of carbs in oatmeal is becuase it's basically a milled grain, so its like a fine powder almost and when you cook it it expands and is just phenomenal.

Try putting some milk in there too.

u guys might want to try atole (think that's how you spell it). Hispanic rice drink... but instead of straining the rice out...leave it in. Basically .. put some rice in and put a crap load of water...let it slow cook for a long time and you get a nice milky rice breakfast snack. Add I can't believe it not's butter and some splenda and you are in heaven.
