Hi i take about 2.5 tablespoons of flax seed pil, and 2.5 tablespoons of olive oil every day. These are my only sources of fats as i use egg whites and lean chicken for my lean protein intake as well as whey. I might get a few grams of excess fat here and there from my oats and brown rice but pretty much this is all the fat i have in my diet, what is the ratio though with the amounts i am using. By the way this comes out to 70 grams of fat if that is relevant thanks
