today at my gym comes iin wearing cut off jeans and a cut off superman shirt he goes straght to the smith machine to starts on squats. he is doing what i call a quarter squat, no where near parallel. so he up to 405 im like eh hes cheating and he ramps this up to 7 plates on each side he does about 6 reps of quarter squats. geese i dont consider them lagitamte squat but its still some weight right. i say do a full rom or dont do them at all
