    Some dude

    today at my gym comes iin wearing cut off jeans and a cut off superman shirt he goes straght to the smith machine to starts on squats. he is doing what i call a quarter squat, no where near parallel. so he up to 405 im like eh hes cheating and he ramps this up to 7 plates on each side he does about 6 reps of quarter squats. geese i dont consider them lagitamte squat but its still some weight right. i say do a full rom or dont do them at all

    I just go parallel. I can only do 185 free weight ass-to-ground. Did you catch the Branch Warren work out in MD? He just goes parallel as did that older freak that got 500 lbs for 20 reps and both had big ol' dinasour legs.

    I saw a guy doing this before with the free bar. He would wrap the kness, throw on the belt, get under the bar then not even go parallel. I wanted to say something just to be a d!ck

    yea and to top it of he had cut off shorts a little lower than mid quad


    just crazy

    i only go parallel, i have a phobia my knees would just shatter if i went lower
