I'm on a small cutting diet and I need some good ideas for foods to eat that are good for a pro/fat meal. Everything that has fat in it seems to also have an assload of carbs. Can anyone suggest what foods I can eat to get some fat?

chicken satay (make sauce with peanut butter)
bolied eggs mashed with light mayo and smoked salmon/mackerel
chicken caesar salad without croutons (make own dressing with flax oil,cider vinegar,light mayo ect)
