    Question metabolism and diet questions

there are two types of metabolisms 1) glycolic and 2) lypolic. the first burns sugars for energy then fats, the second burns fat for fuel. sugars come from foods such as complex, simple and starchy carbs. also they are found in most if not all dairy products. as well there is no food that does not contain carbohydrates. according to research and the national federation of professional trainers standard certification manual the body burns off the stored sugars (glycogen) for energy first in the first 10 to 15 minutes of exercise putting a person into a state of ketosis; thus changing your metabolism from a glycolic to a lypolic metabolism. to me it would make the most sense to be in a constant lypolic state. from my own research they most simpilest way to do so would to do a low carb program such as the atkins or the south beach diet. the south beach diet gives a little more room for carbs than the atkins does. because some proteins can be turned into fat and these are minimal the amount of protein that can be taken in will not only maintain but also help build new mass. my question to the experienced in the bodybuilding world is this; would a low carb program such as atkins and south beach be the best way to go to lean out while on cyp, deca, and cytomel.:

No I would not advise an Atkins diet for BBs. Perhaps for the sedentary individual it might render results but not BB. Better a CKD or carb cycling diet
