    Bodybuilding and boxing PWO

So my split used to look like this :

    mon - boxing
    tue - legs and arms
    wed - boxing
    thur - chest
    fri - back
    sat - shoulders
    sun - off

I had a PWO sahek after any session, boxing OR the gym, since I'm on cycle and bulking.

The bulking isn't really THAT demanding on my body but its still a good workout.

My arms have been lagging a bit lately, so I decided to prioritize them for a while by doing a separate day for bis and tris.

I would do the bis on mon. b4 boxing and the tris on wed.b4 boxing, short sessions, not long, something like 30 minutes...

How do I go about my PWO on those 2 days?

I was thinking ; gym, PWO shake, boxing, another PWO shake, and then PPWO (complex carbs and prot.) b4 bed!

    Agreed?

I'll be going to the gym 19:15 - 19:45, then the PWO, then a small dose ECA, then boxing 20:15-21:30, an then the 2nd PWO!

I would take protein post weights with some simple carbs and add some complex carbs to help you get through the boxing. So you dont crash.
I dont know if you can throw a meal in between the 2 workouts but it would be ideal or else you will go to long without a solid meal. Nonetheless the shakes are better then nothing.

I did something similar with weights and hockey. If I didnt have a solid meal post weights I just didnt have energy for the hockey. With a solid meal in between I was alright.

Yeah makes sense, but there's no time for a solid meal, maybe some ground oats in a ashake, but the ECA helps me not to crash during the boxing

No problem man. Goodluck and youll be looking good and feeling awesome health wise. Doing some intense weights and cardio, in a perverted way feels damn good.
