I am preparing a my diet for mid December. I will have two football tryouts in May. I would like it if you folks would comment on my diet and make suggestions. My goal is to lean down to between 245-265 (depending on my current lean body mass) and, of course, get faster and stronger. (BTW I am a FB)
6am--(3/2 cups) oatmeal, (4) egg whites, (2) whole eggs, (2 cups) skim milk
9am--(4 scoops/64 grams protein) Whey, (2 cups) sugar free/no fat yogurt
11am--(2 cans) tuna/ (1-2 cups) rice
1pm--(2.5 lbs) red meat (i.e. steak etc), (1-3) potatoes, (2 cups) greens, (2 cups) skim milk
3pm--(4 scoops) Whey, (2 cups) cottage cheese
Post weight training meal-- Up Your Mass
6pm--(2 lbs) Lean chicken breast, (2 cups) pasta, (2 cups) greens, (2 cups) skim milk
8:30pm--Metrx Meal replacement, (2 cups) skim milk
before bed--(1 scoop) whey, (1 scoop) soy protein, (1 scoop) casein protein, (1 scoop) time relase protein blend
I can't say for sure how much water I consume in a day, but it's between a gallon and 2.
My steroid cycle(s) will be posted later, but I am thinking about a short cycle and then a long one. I'll have to figure it out.
My supplements look like this:
Creatine (I am a proponent of loading the first week)
BCAA
Amino blend
Arginine and Ornithine (Before bed)
glucosimine chondrotin and MSM
Vitamin blend (haven't divided on a brand...they are all so hard to break down)
10-20g of glutamine each day
maybe epherdine for a short while
maybe garcina cambogia
