MEAL 4: 175g chicken (cal 289, pro 54, fat 5)
Coconut oil (cal 44, fat 5g)
MEAL 5: 175g chicken (cal 289, fat 5)
Flax oil (cal 44, fat 5g)
MEAL 6: 175g chicken (cal 289, fat 5)
Hemp oil (cal 44, fat 5g)
