    Smile Sust & dBol Cycle

    Hi.

    I will be goin thru my 2nd cycle next wk. Got thru sust & stanozol cycle (8wks) last year, gain 20lbs, but lost it down the road. So, now i hope i could start a cycle which i hope will works:

    1-12wk: sust 250 (250mg/wk)
    1-12wk: nolvadex tab daily
    16-19wk: clomid tab daily

    any comments?
    1. Is 250mg enuff for a wk? or 500mg is ideal?
    2. I cant get any test, only sust..

    I'm 26, 160lbs, BF: 18%. Trained for 6 yrs.

    Any help or comments is greatly appreciated. Thx.

    Pretty high bodyfat for your weightb bro. I would wait a while before hitting the steroids again.

    I dont think 250mg is enough per week. I would bump it up to 400-500mg range. Also i would un nolva in the PCT along side your clomid

    i will use 500mg/wk then... will try to lose more bf %. Hence:

    1-12wk: 500mg sust/wk
    1-4wk: 20mg dBol daily
    1-12wk: nolva daily
    16-19wk: nolva & clomid daily

    how does this sounds?

    Remember that with the short esters in Sustanon you will need to inject EOD or E3D to obtain even test levels and fully utilizes those short acting esters. Good luck with your cycle bro.

    I agree bump up the sus to 500, armidex EOD, save clomid till the end

    sust is staying active for 3weeks. so you should begin the clomid week 15. otherwise there will be a one week gab, during which there will be no test flowing in your body(there will be no sust and your own test is still supressed). and from week 15 bump the nolva to two tabs a day- one in the moring and one in the evening. the gains that you are gonna keep depend mainly on the pct. so do it well and don't forget to eat and train hard after the cycle. good luck!

    Yes, ive been training for 6 yrs, but from scratch. nobody to guide me or watsoever (gullible enuff to think anyone goin gym can be the next arnold schwarzenegger). i learnt the hard way. the 1st few mths were horrible. how i see others so buffed & huge... it's a real motivation-killer.

    only down the road, i pick up more infos, like training cycle, major body parts, supplements.. from 120lbs to 165lbs, i've gone a long way. my only regret is i never had the guidance that i need when i start this passion. things might turn out differently...

    I agree that you shouldn't be using yet and with those stats you better be 4 feet tall. Now that you have the knowledge you need, you should focus on diet and training natural for a bit until you hit you're genetic limit.

    Learning how you're body react to certain types of training mixed with a solid diet goes a loooooooooong way bro. I started self taught as well, and didnt really know what worked for me and after doing a lot of reading and getting more serious with my routine and diet I put on a lot of weight.

    BTW, I went from 190lbs at 17 years old to 240+ at 19 years old naturally at 6'1. Already being bigger when starting aas helped pave the way to success.

    True, I'd try and get your body fat below 15% atleast. With a higher BF #, your estrogen related sides will be more harsh.
