Unexplained weakness to one side of body

hey guys...heres my situation...started dieting a couple weeks back and noticed within the first couple of days quite the rapid strength decrease...heres the kicker---it only occurs with my right arm...i took a small amount of time off only hitting cardio thinking my body just needed to recover and get used to the diet, went in and did more than i could on dumbell bench press when i first noticed the weakness, but by the end of my workout i couldnt even lift 20lbs with my right arm but i had full strength in my left!! there are no signs of pain anywhere just weakness...today i couldnt even lift a chair with my right arm but had no problem with my left...just wondering if anyone in this community could help me...hopefully i can get some feedback..is it my diet? or is something wrong? thanks guys

until next time keep fit, and have fun!!!

Mate I dont want to scare you but I would go and see a Dr. It could be Neurological so you need to get that checked out.

it is probably a hernaited disc or sever protrusion impinging the nerve root, all you need is an mri of your neck and it will show you what is going on,
