just started deca and was wondering if i should notice changes around 14 - 21 days. second, what are some of your thoughts about deca. age 42. 210lbs and training for 7 years or more on and off at regular rest periods of one's program. im a powerlifter and thinking about crossing over to bodybuliding in the near future. im doing a basic diet from my personal trainner. body fat is 44% with 161.1 lean bodymass. any suggestion to get the most of my supp with proper caution taken.oh i am doing cardio.
