in middle of 3rd cycle, 6 years in gym 187lbs, 9% bf 5"9"

Question is i have been hitting the gym hard for the past year and i seem to be stuck at this point 187lbs, and i can't go over. I work everything out once a week, i eat well--lots of protien, quality carbs etc. I know this is vague but could you give me some idea's where i could look at?? also my juice is prescribed except the dbol and masteron of course those aren't fda approved
