30mgs winistrol ed first 4 weeks of cycle and last 4 weeks of cycle
.5mg aramidex daily

Its alright lookin.
Wisntrol should kick in within hours and you should notice effects within days.

Change it to 6 weeks at the end. I wouldn't bother using winstrol as a kickstart. It's much better suited to the end of a cycle.
