    Wow my traps are thrashed

    Did traps yesterday. Only did 3 sets of very slow, controlled BB shrugs with 135. Then I decided to do the Farmers Walk with 130lb. DB's......did 3 trips of about 75 feet each. wow, My traps are sore from the base of my neck all the way down to the middle of my back. Never hurt this bad EVER!

    try heavy dumbells shrugs with wrist straps... ull be feeling that the next day

    That works for some, but how many times have you seen guys in the gym load up the bar with 315 and get an 1/2 inch of travel. Then they think they had a productive trap workout. For traps I like lighter work at a slower speed as well.
