ive had the same question. i was told that you shouldnt take anything until you see how your body is going to react. you may or may not be prone to estrogenic activity. i am keeping a bottle of Letro on hand in case of emergency and Nolva for pct. pay very close attention to yourself and look for anything unusual. like i said, only what ive learned from talking with some bro's on these forums.
