IF anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

I'm 6'0 and weighed about 225lbs...and was totally out of shape. I began boxing and was able to lose 60lbs in 5 months, just on exercise and diet. Now, I weigh 165lbs, and no matter how hard I work out, I can't get lean. I was told with Winni- that if I put on about 10lbs of muscle, that I'd look ripped. I've never taken anything, and don't do too much weight lifting. My exercises consist of tons of cardio, push ups...pull ups...dips...all natural exercises. I lift twice per week and usually try to do all of my muscle groups between those two days. Can anybody help??

Dont take any aas, you are 6 feet 165lbs and hardly do any weight lifting..........you dont need drugs, you need to focus more on diet and training.

EXACTLY !! Winny by itself is not a good idea, and you dont' need to be using AAS with your stats. It will do more harm than good.

Check out cutting diets in the diet forum and we can help you tweek your diet to get you ripped 165 is too skinny at 6'

From the sounds of it you're tarining your muscles into "slow twitch", but to get ripped up with some bulk you would need to be aiming to increase the "fast twitch" % in your main muscle groups.

The best way to do this is to increase the intensity of your workout with greater weights. Do weighted pull ups, weighted dips, decline push ups, run with ankle, waist & wrist weights!! Doing this will train your muscles to be stronger and they will grow!!

    Obviously this is my oppinion!!
