training weights 5 days a week I hit 1 body part perday lifting heavy waiting 3to 5 minutes per set. flat bench max 315lbs 6 reps usually do 5 sets doing 12 reps 10, 8, 6, 10 always increasing weight as I go. Cardio 6 days a week 30 45 minutes. Ok my proplem should I be worried I'm not dropping more lbs? (First time really tring to get lean) I'm getting leaner but I'm not dropping lots of lbs. my diet is stricked just wondering if I'm on right track for success or is there something I should change. I'm not naturally lean. I have 1 cheat day per week. should I cut this to 1 meal or just continue on coarse. thanks for the help
