My shoulder doesnt hurt, but I cant lift becuase its overly weak

Ok guys this is very weird...but since thanksgiving i went home didnt eat all that well and did lift once besides legs. Mind you I just finished a cycle of superdrol, puled an all nighter on sunday into monday and didnt go to sleep till about 3am of monday. Slept all day today woke up at 7, ate and hit the gym. At the gym literally my left arm had no strength...i couldnt even do 35 pounds on shoulder dumbell press when i normally do 80's. Like it honestly is hard to lift my left arm up. The weird thing is my arm doesnt hurt at all. I mean this week was hectic some drinking some smoking of drugs and lack of sleep and eating but still no reason for me to be able to lift this shitty.

Your body might just be a little off. Get back into the diet, throw the bad workout out the window, and get back in the game. Keep us updated!

biceps? ask your ortho if its a SLAP lesion on your labrum.

A SLAP(superior labral anterior-posterior) involves a tearing of the labrum(cartilage in the shoulder) near the connection point of the long head of the biceps.(biceps connects to the labrum). Sometimes these tears are painless(like both of mine), but manifest themselves as instabilaty, which equates to weakness on a lift. The muscles try to stabilaze the weakend joint, and this "micro-movement" fatigues the muscles sooner than if the lift were performed with a stabile joint.
Now being that you just all of a sudden noticed this weakness, it makes me wonder, did you do anything stupid goofing around with your friends or family this holiday that could have compromised your shoulder? Climbed fences? Done cartwheels? Played football w/ the boys and uncle Pat? Anything? Anything slightly athletic/physical that (even though caused no pain) involved shoulder movement?
See, i have skiiped meals and gotten loaded, but even then i never experianced a 50%+ decrease in strength! From 80lbs to 35? Sounds like more than drinking and bad diet to have happend that quik.
How was this diagnosed? MRI? and by whome? an orthopeadic doctor?

Aw, man I hate to hear left side stories.

Okay, when you say weak do you mean the entire arm?
You said shoulder press was 35lbs., but how about curls and tri extensions?

Well the doctor who attempted to diagnose me wasnt legit, hes a senior student at my college in the physical therapy program. It also affects all excercises. I dried doing supinated curls was able to do 45 with right and then when the left absoultely nothing could barely raise it, couldnt even do it with a 25 pound dumbell. Dips are painful, i can do pullups. I think the only workouts I can do are back and leg. Im on day 7 of not lifting and its killing me. Ive been doing alot of a**ucting and adducting, empty beer can and shoulder stretches. Its scaring me becuase if this potentiall could end my lifting i might have to chang my major =/.

Well I went to my school trainer and she confirmed it is a strained bicep tendon as well. She made me perform all these speed test by putting my arms in different postions and pushing down and telling me to resist. I mean its not like stabbing pain just tight pain when i try to resume normal activities. Thanks for the concern man I'll keep you all updated.
